Course
Objective
Networks
and graphs have become an indispensable ingredient in a variety of data mining
and machine learning problems with numerous applications. This course will
provide an in-depth understanding of graph machine learning algorithms, and
their applications in a variety of real problems. It aims to provide a
comprehensive and in-depth introduction of the fundamental principles and
techniques of graph machine learning.

Be able to understand the key concepts
and underlying principles of graph machine learning techniques, including graph
proximity, matrix and tensor, graph neural networks, graph connectivity,
network of networks.

Be able to apply the key graph machine
learning techniques to realistic setting, evaluate and analyze the analysis
results.
